The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit material appearing on it. With respect to such, the operators restrict their undertakings to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content contributed by third-party users. All parts of viewgals.com on which user contributed content appears are under those users' control. This absolves the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as stated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
